Jake and Lauren are two of the kindest and smartest (they’re both engineers) people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Throughout their wedding day their family and friends shared stories and sweet memories that showed just how great these two people are. When I first met Jake and Lauren and they told me about their love of snowmobiling and how they were going to incorporate snowmobile parts into their decor I honestly couldn’t picture it, but it turned out AH-MAZING. Lauren has such an incredible eye for detail. The most hilarious part of their wedding day was when the groom’s father brought up in his speech that he still pays for the grooms cell phone bill, the whole reception burst out into laughter, but I say milk that as long as you can Jake ;)
Jake and Lauren got married in beautiful and cold (the temperature never got above zero) northern Wisconsin. Their ceremony and reception were both held at the Chippewa Retreat Resort in Manitowish Waters, WI. Jessica's Cucina catered dinner, which was delicious, especially the mini cheesecakes, which everyone knows is my favorite dessert. And lastly, their DJ was Doc Gary who is the absolute sweetest guy. I feel so lucky to have been able to be a part of Jake and Lauren’s wedding day. I wish you guys all the best in your future together!
